Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with new and prospective clients.
Identify customer needs by obtaining accurate information.
Process inquiries quickly and efficiently.
Liaise with service providers to ensure timely responses and delivery.
Take ownership and resolve queries and complaints.
Maintain systems, including CRM, coordinating with colleagues where required.
Ideal Candidates Will:
