As a Nursing Home Manager, you will:
- Ensure the well-being of residents physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Lead and motivate your team, providing clinical guidance and training.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Monitor work areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
- Promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
The Nursing Home Manager will receive:

- Experience building on occupancy of care home
- Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections
- Experience in conducting risk assessments
