This opportunity is with a well-established, large organisation within the Financial Services sector based in Shrewsbury who are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator.
Description
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including calls and emails
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Coordinating meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained and organised
- Supporting the implementation of new administrative systems
- Monitoring the transfers of assets/cash to or from other institutions.
- ISA subscriptions and transfers.
- Processing of payments.
- Liaising with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.
Profile
A successful IFA Administrator should have:
- Previous experience working for a wealth management organisation is desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Can commute to Shrewsbury
