As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will:

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to each client's needs and financial circumstances.
• Receive pre-qualified, pre-booked appointments, allowing you to focus solely on advising and converting leads into satisfied clients.
• Enjoy complete post-submission administrative support, freeing you from paperwork and enabling you to build strong client relationships.

Location: Office-based in ShrewsburyBasic Salary: Up to £30,000Commission:25% uncapped + Annual Bonus - the earning potential is limitless!Leads & Support: All leads are pre-qualified and appointments are pre-booked. You’ll also benefit from dedicated case management support.Benefits Package:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor
• A strong track record in mortgage and protection sales
• Whole-of-market mortgage advice experience
• Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail
• A professional, punctual, and well-presented manner, with a self-motivated and proactive approach
