Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering accounting and advisory services.
- Review work prepared by junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and review statutory accounts and management accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored advice.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior staff.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop others.
