Role Overview: As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will lead the corporate tax function within the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tax Compliance: Managing the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns for a portfolio of clients.
  • Advisory Services: Providing expert advice on corporate tax matters, including tax planning, restructuring, and compliance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring tax solutions accordingly.
  • Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring junior tax professionals.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • CTA qualification (Chartered Tax Adviser) or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in corporate tax, ideally gained within an accountancy practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
