Hariley Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Shrewsbury. If you have a proven track record in Finance and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing transactional team and overseeing/reviewing sales ledger, purchase ledger, stock, cash, Bank and GL entries.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that the financial processes, systems and controls are operating effectively
  • Responsibility for maintaining statutory records for the business
  • Company Taxation management
  • Fixed asset & Capital Allowances
  • Treasury management.
  • Liason with Banks, forecasting & MI data submission.
  • Budgeting & forecasting (Cashflow, Balance sheet)
  • Liaise with auditors and preparing audited accounts
  • Project management of process changes and implementations
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Other adhoc duties including reception & departmental cover

Requirements:

  • Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

  • Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • 5-10 years experience in operational financial & statutory accounts.
  • GL and Balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Financial controls & risk management
  • AS400 accounting system experience.
