Hariley Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Shrewsbury. If you have a proven track record in Finance and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities:
- Managing transactional team and overseeing/reviewing sales ledger, purchase ledger, stock, cash, Bank and GL entries.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that the financial processes, systems and controls are operating effectively
- Responsibility for maintaining statutory records for the business
- Company Taxation management
- Fixed asset & Capital Allowances
- Treasury management.
- Liason with Banks, forecasting & MI data submission.
- Budgeting & forecasting (Cashflow, Balance sheet)
- Liaise with auditors and preparing audited accounts
- Project management of process changes and implementations
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Other adhoc duties including reception & departmental cover
Requirements:
- Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

- Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- 5-10 years experience in operational financial & statutory accounts.
- GL and Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Financial controls & risk management
- AS400 accounting system experience.
