We are looking for people to provide high levels of customer service between our office ours 08:00 - 17:00.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work planning and job scheduling including:
  • Supervision of un-planned service and maintenance scheduling
  • Managing costs and liaising with customers regarding further works
  • Notify Sourcing of required materials, equipment and sub-contract services including timing and locations * Maximise resource utilisation and optimise field operations to plan and deliver a safe, effective and efficient service
  • Ensure that all site documentation (including test results/certificates) is collated and passed to Finance as part of the billing pack to support customer invoicing.
  • Properly use the company's operational systems to maintain full, accurate and timely records. Encourage all staff to do so.
  • Promptly deal with any telephone, written, email or face to face queries.

Experience

· A good mechanical understanding would be an advantage but not essential.

· Demonstrable record of face to face, phone and email interaction with customers (private and commercial), colleagues, managers and suppliers at all level across all functional areas.

· Experience of working under pressure in a busy office environment is essential.

· A calm, measured and thorough approach to problem-solving.

· Track record of using IT as an integral part of a job.
