Are you a proactive, organized individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team!

The successful candidate for this role will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to work proactively and independently. If you feel you have what it takes and are excited about this opportunity, then we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and fielding any incoming calls- passing messages onto the relevant departments.
  • Confirming stock availability when required.
  • Inputting orders accurately to the internal system.
  • Completing price amendment forms.
  • Up-selling products to customers where appropriate.
  • Producing and sending out customer quotations.

Personal Profile:

You will be a confident communicator, who enjoys working closely with a team. You will have proven experience in a customer service or sales admin role, ideally from a manufacturing background. The right person for this role will be extremely self-motivated and able to work to targets.
