Many of these individuals face complex and challenging barriers that prevent them from accessing sustainable employment, training, or education. Your role will be vital in providing tailored support, empowering participants to overcome obstacles, and guiding them towards meaningful opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with participants to understand their challenges and develop personalised action plans.
  • Support and facilitate “Search for Work” activities, helping individuals secure employment, education, or training opportunities.
  • Actively market participants to employers and build relationships with local businesses.
  • Work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer service.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentoring to participants, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with individuals facing complex barriers to employment.
  • Strong knowledge of the job market, training opportunities, and employer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively, working towards set targets and deadlines.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
