An exciting opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancer to join a reputable Shropshire based firm. This is a senior role and could be based at Shrewsbury or Ludlow and requires a passion for property law, a knack for business development and the ability to manage and mentor more junior members of the team. This is a full-time permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
This residential conveyancing role requires you to manage your own diverse range of residential property matters along with developing new business and supervising and training more junior members of staff.
To be considered for this residential conveyancing role you must have:
- Minimum of 5 years+ PQE (Post Qualification Experience)
- Be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience in assisting or mentoring more junior members of staff
- A track record in maintaining and developing relationships
- Be passionate about property law
- Be able to use case management software
- Exceptional communication skills
