We are currently recruiting for an experiencedGeneral Manager for an independently owned and operated Gastro Pub with 7 letting bedrooms, located on a rural country estate on the outskirts of Shrewsbury in Shropshire.
This is a new role that is being implemented into the business, and the successful candidate for the role ofGeneral Manager Gastro Pub will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the gastropub, including managing a team of approximately 25 full and part time staff.
Our client is therefore looking to recruit a 'finished article', 'hands-on'General Manager Gastro Pub, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role ofGeneral Manager Gastro Pub, gained in fresh food led pubs.
