Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN.
- Assist in creating and implementing individualised learning plans.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student development.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Requirements:
- Experience or qualifications in supporting children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
- A compassionate and patient demeanour, with a genuine passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
