We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join an established and friendly firm in Shropshire. This role is ideal for a professional who is adept at handling all aspects of the conveyancing process. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a full caseload of conveyancing transactions including sale, purchase, remortgage, and transfer of equity, both freehold and leasehold.
  • Conduct legal research and provide clients with accurate and informed advice.
  • Draft, review, and amend the legal documents necessary for conveyancing transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, conveyancers, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law and changes in legislation that may affect the conveyancing process.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a current practising certificate.
  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
