Do you have your Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance, and want the opportunity to come off the tools into a Trainer role, where you'll inspire and support apprentices to reach their full potential?
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an independent training provider working with prestigious automotive brand like Toyota, where you'll play a pivotal role in building the skills and expertise of future technicians, alongside working towards your own teaching qualification.
You'll work with groups of apprentices to support them with a mixture of practical and theory based learning, ensuring they're equipped to progress through their training. Full teacher training is provided, so this is an excellent opportunity to come off the tools into a unique role.
This role would suit a Qualified Bodyshop Technician or similar looking to come off the tools and progress within a company which truly cares about its employees development.
The Role:
- Delivery of Technical Bodyshop / Panel Training
- Completing curriculum both virtually and in person.
- Developing course content, incorporating new technologies
- Full training on teaching with funded qualification
- Monday to Friday
The Person:
- L3 or above in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair/teaching qualification
- Qualified Bodyshop Technician / Panel Beater or similar
- Looking to get off the tools
