Programming and Planning
Material Scheduling
Risk assessment and Method Statements ae adhered to
Overseeing directly employed staff and subcontractors
Ensuring quality standards during build phase
Attending client progress meetings
Working closely with Assistant Site Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager

Experience Required:
All applicants must be from a Residential / House Building background
All applicants must have TIMBER FRAME house building experience - particularly with phased builds

Site Manager will be working for a highly reputable house building contractor - not a giant one.

Site Manager will need to be based in Telford, Shrewsbury or commutable of both
