Our client hasa reputation built over 100 years in commercial property, development and investment across the Shropshire and Welsh border regions.
They have an in-house team of 45 who specialise in urban regeneration, delivering a personalised design and build service for private clients and the public sector.
They are looking for 2-3 experienced Site Managers to join their expanding Construction team in the Shropshire area. These are permanent full-time roles with competitive salary package and associated benefits for the position.
The Site Managers must have Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification, driving licence and ideally have:
- CITB Temporary Works Supervisor (TWSTC) Course
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- Fire Warden
- CDM regulations
- CSCS not essential
You must be able to:
- Communicate fully with the Contract team and Lead and support the site team
- Management of sub-contractors to achieve the project requirements
- Delivery of projects on time, on budget and to a very high standard
- Ensure all-relevant Health and Safety Procedures/Legislation are adhered to.
- Project reporting and administration, confidence with word and excel
