Are you a Production Manager with a background in Fabrication looking for the opportunity to join an innovative and sustainable events company that offers unlimited progression and a variety of company benefits?
On offer is the one-off opportunity to join an exciting company that collaborates with an array of well-known brands by building assets and complex builds for events to ensure that their nationwide functions run smoothly.
In this varied role you'll oversee a small team of fabrication staff in the workshop, you will take charge of new projects, fabrication leads, managing and scheduling the workload and bringing the team together to improve overall efficiency. You will also manage the workshops budget and collaborate with internal departments to ensure that deadlines are met accordingly. This is a 360 service- from conception to delivery- meaning that occasionally travelling to these events is required.
This role is suited to a Production Manager with a fabrication background who is looking for a role with plenty of progression opportunities in a Mon-Fri position that offer a variety of company benefits.
