A well-established Property Management company in Shrewsbury, is looking for their next full-time First Point of Contact Administrator. They are a stable nationwide business with multiple offices over the UK and still growing at an exceptional rate!

Getting into property can be very tricky locally as there are not a lot of opportunities out there. By joining this company, there may well be other positions available internally to enhance your career progression in this industry, as they tend to recruit and promote internally where possible.

Your role will be crucial to maximise the overall performance of the branch and others! Their office is the hub for queries from other branches as well if nobody is available, so there is never a dull moment.

Your main priority will be answering phone calls from client and tenants as well as responding general enquiry emails. You will assist with scanning, photocopying, filing and uploading confidential and important documents. Property Managers will also give you exposure to getting involved with organising and issuing works orders with contractors for routine maintenance.

With their fantastic training courses, you will have guidance and mentoring through your journey with them, supported by fun team leaders and inclusive Branch Managers.

A successful candidate will have strong customer service experience and some prior administrative experience in an office environment, with a passion for the industry.

This is a 9am-5pm office based role with an exceptional and supportive company.

Salary is guided by the national living wage + fantastic benefits.
