Location:
This permanent position is based in the West Midlands with easy commutable areas including Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Telford, Stafford, Walsall, Codsall, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Cannock and surrounding areas - West Midlands.

The Role:
This really is a career "one off" permanent position within a market leading large manufacturing group. This is a very important appointment for this international brand whereby we are looking for an experienced corporate planner, strategy manager or someone who has a proven background keeping strategic objectives on track for a multi-stakeholder business.

This unique role will focus on ensuring the delivery of multiple objectively aligned strategic goals including (but not limited to) business structure and growth, financial management / P&L performance, new market integration, competitor analysis, business operations and corporate objective setting.

You will be the key member of the commercial team keeping clos tabs on the progress of projects supporting overall corporate objectives. You will highlight any issues, offer solutions and get things back on track when required.

Ideal Candidate Experience:
Proven strategy planner at a corporate level organisation. People with SME only experience will not be suitable. We need applications from candidates who have worked for large corporate groups or organisations and can demonstrate the "proven ability" to manage commercial objective setting cycles of 3 - 5 years (or similar).

Living locally in the West Midlands, you will have at least a degree level qualification in business management, strategy, international business, commercial finance or similar corporate led area.
