We are recruiting for a Helicopter Administration Assistant to be based in Shawbury, Oxford on contract to work for leading Helicopter organisation.

Description of the Job:

  • To provide administration support to the CAMO department to maximise the effectiveness of the MFTS Ramp-up period and to take over the administrative work of the MFTS CAMO Team.

The main responsibilities of the post holder will be:

  • To ensure that all appropriate legislative and Company Procedures are adhered to in order to ensure that the Company remains compliant and aircraft airworthy
  • Raising work orders and requisitions
  • Ensure that the support and prepared documentation provided by Planning meets the needs
  • of scheduled maintenance inputs
  • Printing, copying and scanning of aircraft maintenance records
  • Updating the company's record management System
  • Updating of aircraft and component log books
  • Liaising with other departments within the company
  • Provide cross functional support to the CAMO team as directed by the DCAM

Knowledge and Skills:

ESSENTIAL

  • High level of IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook as well as SharePoint.
  • Knowledge and understanding of office procedures and terminology.
  • Excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional manner with our customers and internal departments.
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy for reporting and administrative writing.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Key organisational skills, possess the ability to plan, and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

DESIRABLE

  • Knowledge of CAA/EASA regulations relating to Part CAMO and Part 145 Airworthiness and Maintenance requirements.
  • Basic Security Clearance is required for this position due to MoD Security requirements.
  • Must have a Full UK driving license.

This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35
