Role: Childrens Residential Support Worker
Salary: £12.55 ph - £13.55 ph, £60 per sleep in weekly pay
Location: Shrewsbury
About the role:
The nature of this role is to support young people within a residential home who displays emotional and behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviour. As a member of our childrens team, you will be passionate about making a difference to a childs life, striving for the best outcomes of those in your care.

Lavoro Care are recruiting dedicated and experienced Support workers who arecommittedto promote independence, reassurance and life skills to a vulnerable young person who is being prepared for adulthood.
Requirements of a Residential Support Worker
- A minimum of 6 months experience working with children and young people
- Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Full employment history with any gaps explained
