ABC Teachers is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to become part of a dynamic SEND school located in the heart of Shrewsbury.

Role Overview

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students' individual learning needs, both one-on-one and in small groups. Your main objective will be to create a nurturing, student-focused learning environment that promotes independence and success for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with class teachers to provide tailored support that meets the diverse needs of students.
  • Help maintain an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere, empowering students to achieve their best.
  • Support the delivery of classroom activities, ensuring that each student’s educational goals are addressed.
  • Full-time, ongoing roles are available with immediate starts, as well as positions for a October  2024 start.
