This role demands someone who is confident, resilient, and articulate, capable of handling pressure and challenges with ease. As their HR Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in a growing business, working across multiple functions both internally and externally.

Legal Compliance
HR Information System
Absence Management
Exit Management
Health & Safety

Key Skills and Experience needed:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideas.
Solid understanding of employment law principles.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, including disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts.
Strong ethics, sound judgement, and reliability.
Relevant HR qualification (ideally level 3 and above).
