Alumni Manager

Salary: £36,962 - £40,191

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Based in Sidcup

Our client, a prestigious arts college, based in Sidcup is looking for a candidate to join their team as an alumni manager. The college is entering a period of new strategy, and they are looking to expand their postgraduate offering, intensify their focus on research and development, and cultivate a more diverse community. We're looking for a dynamic alumni manager to join their Corporate Affairs team and help drive this transformation. For this role a real 'can do’ attitude, the ability to adapt to change and a problem-solving mindset is essential.

As Alumni Manager, you'll be at the forefront of building and nurturing their alumni community, directly contributing to their goals in student recruitment, employability, and future fundraising.

Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will:

  • Lead engagement projects and create compelling content across various channels
  • Develop and implement the Alumni Ambassador Scheme
  • Promote the success of our graduates, elevating the College's reputation
  • Collaborate across departments to integrate alumni into key institutional activities
  • Manage alumni data and relationships to ensure long-term engagement

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in alumni relations, communications, or marketing
  • Ability to build relationships and create engaging narratives
  • Experience working within the arts.
  • Experience in higher education (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of the creative industries
  • Proven track record in community engagement and campaign creation
