An established company has a new opening for an Estimator/Scheduler to join their thriving team. The Estimator/Scheduler role involves being a vital member of the office-based team, responsible for providing support in estimating and scheduling activities.

Estimator/Scheduler responsibilities:
- Assisting in organising relevant project information for estimating purposes
- Collaborating with the Estimating Team to ensure accurate and timely completion of estimates
- Maintaining documentation related to estimates, including specifications, and drawings
- Conducting research and collecting data to support estimates
- Assisting with preparing and submitting bids/proposals
- Coordinating and scheduling projects based on customer requirements/project specifications
- Preparing detailed schedules, liaising with suppliers on costs and lead times
- Communicating with the Sales and Operation Teams, Project Managers, and suppliers to resolve conflicts
- Maintaining accurate records of schedules, resources, and project timelines
- Monitoring project progress, adjusting schedules as required to meet deadlines and customer expectations
- Preparing and distributing reports and relevant documentation
- Assisting with creating and maintaining project documentation including contracts and work orders
Estimator/Scheduler required skills/competencies:
- Proven experience as an Estimator desirable (3 years)
- Knowledge of estimation software and scheduling tools
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
