We are looking for an experienced, all-around Lettings Specialist to join us. If you’re passionate about the property industry, self-driven, and looking for a role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiator:
    • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing properties and answering any queries.
    • Provide clear and transparent information regarding tenancy agreements, rental terms, and property features.
    • Support tenants through the application process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Inspections / Inventories / Check-Out Inspections:
    • Conduct property inspections, prepare detailed inventory reports, and manage the tenant check-in/check-out processes.
    • Ensure properties meet compliance and safety standards before, during, and after tenancies.
  • General Office Tenancy Administration:
    • Handle landlord / tenant queries, progression of files, and compliance documentation.
    • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date in line with current regulations.
    • Liaise with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service and support.
    • Register tenants and landlords on the portal, and keeping this up to date at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in inventories/inspections, lettings, property management, or a similar role in the lettings industry.
  • Car Ownership: A valid driving license and your own vehicle are essential for this role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using property software.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and independently.
  • Flexible: Willing to work 5 days a week, including every Saturday, with a day off in the week.
