A thriving company has a new opening for a Scheduling Administrator to join their Scheduling team. The role involves providing support to the wider team through scheduling works and handling incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Salary: £23,000 plus overtime
  • 8.30am- 5.00pm
  • Parking available

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:

  • Book planned maintenance work and accepted quotes out of hours
  • Working reactively and flexibly to get emergency jobs attended within 4hours
  • Scheduling and booking accepted quotes
  • Confirm attendance with clients
  • Preparing a handover at the end of the day/week advising OOH team who is working where

Out-of-hours phone work required:

One night every week - £15 per call logged

One Weekend every 2 months (WFH) £150 plus bonus

Customer Service Administrator required skills/competencies:

  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • IT proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills
