AdministratorMonday - Friday£28k-£30k Per Annum Office based 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their dynamic and fast paced team within the construction industry based in Sidcup. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent time management skills, good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task!

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Keep files and databases organized and up to date.
  • Work closely with the team manager to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Do various office tasks as needed to help the department.
  • Communicate with people inside and outside the company to make sure things run smoothly between departments.
  • Monitor departing costs.
  • Make sure documents are processed quickly and correctly.
  • Looking after the out of hours mobile on a rota basis, to handle the emergency works calls
  • Handling multiple tasks at once, and being able to prioritise

Skills/experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar environment E.G working within an office that supports services
  • Self-Motivated, flexible and reliable
  • Strong ability to work towards deadlines
  • Be a good team player
  • Intermediate to advanced level with IT skills especially MS Word and Excel
  • Experience of working within administration
  • Experience within the construction/engineering industry desirable but not essential
