A leading education establishment have an opening for a School Administrator to join their team. The School Administrator role is to provide administrative support to the wider team through aiding with the school admissions process.
- Hourly rate: £15 - £16 P/H
- 35 hours | Term time only
- Immediate start | Ongoing role
School Administrator responsibilities:
- Preparing the admissions pack for prospective new parents.
- Liaising with the admissions team to ensure the school roll is full
- Organising transition meeting for parents
- Liaising with the admissions team when a vacancy arises
- Uploading student files to the school network for casual admissions and leavers
- Ensuring timetables are uploaded onto SIMS for new starters
- Assisting with student group changes
- Updating the appeal statement and additional school information form as directed
- Carrying out ad hoc administrative functions as required
School Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Enhanced DBS disclosure required
- Experience working within a school/educational setting desirable
- Proficient in IT systems including good working knowledge of Excel and Word#
