Salary: 55,000 - 60,000

Allegiance Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the infrastructure and services that support business operations. This includes ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing IT support, communications, and utilities, and maintaining an efficient and reliable business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in line with UKAS 17025:2017, ISO 9001:2015 and PED 2014/68/EU standards.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's infrastructure, ensuring efficient and effective support for all business operations.
  • Provide IT support, ensuring all hardware, software, and network systems are functioning optimally.
  • Manage communications systems, including telephony and email, to ensure reliable and efficient internal and external communication.
  • Coordinate and manage utility services to ensure uninterrupted supply and operation.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to enhance product and service quality.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance and improvements to senior management.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors to maintain certifications and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of UKAS 17025:2017, ISO 9001:2015, and PED 2014/68/EU standards.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes.
  • Experience with IT support, communications, and utility management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
