Our client is a leading name in the UK's construction sector, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. With a low staff turnover and a decentralised, decision-empowered approach, they pride themselves on delivering excellence and focusing on the bottom line, not just turnover.
About the Role: As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will run your own project, values between 5m-20m, across sectors such as healthcare, education, leisure, and industrial. Examples of upcoming opportunities include clients such as NHS, DfE, Leisure and Industrial / Commercial projects.
About You: You'll thrive in a process-driven environment and will already have experience with Tier 1 contractors. Based on-site, you'll work closely with the team to ensure successful delivery, taking ownership of commercial management while driving financial performance.

Requirements:
Proven ability to manage projects independently.
Tier 1 contractor experience is essential.
