The Role
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of critical components for the Formula 1 car. Collaborating closely with engineers across aerodynamics, vehicle dynamics, and manufacturing, you will contribute to delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance performance on the track.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance mechanical components and systems.
Conduct structural and thermal analysis
Create detailed 3D CAD models, drawings
Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure components are produced to the highest standards.
Perform design validation, testing, and refinement

About You

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in designing complex components, ideally within motorsport or high-performance engineering. (Formula 1 experience is highly desirable)
Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g. CATIA, 3DX or Siemens NX)
Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques.
Experience with FEA and CFD tools for structural and thermal analysis.
