Audit and Accounts Senior / Semi-Senior - Sittingbourne

Your Role as an Audit and Accounts Semi / Senior
  • Lead a mix of audit and accounts work, collaborating closely with managers and partners.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills.
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Work on a 50-60% not-for-profits and 40-50% commercial client split, allowing you to gain specialist expertise.
What We're Looking For
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or studying for these, with experience in audit and accounts preparation.
  • Strong technical knowledge and an understanding of reporting standards.
  • A proactive, organised mindset, with excellent attention to detail.
  • The confidence to manage client relationships and work effectively in a team.
  • Experience with not-for-profits (e.g., charities or academies) is desirable-but not essential, as full training will be provided.
