Job Purpose:As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, analysing financial data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports.- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to senior management.- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.- Monitor and control costs to ensure financial efficiency.- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end processes.- Liaise with internal and external auditors.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within the manufacturing sector.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is desirable.
