About the Role:My client in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a Key Account Support Specialist who is proactive, can coordinate cross-departmentally, has excellent attention to detail and is able to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Key Account Manager by providing administrative support, handling client communication, and preparing reports.
- Manage contracts by overseeing and updating contract details, monitoring key milestones, ensuring compliance, and proactively managing renewals and amendments.
- Liaise with the Stock and Procurement teams to coordinate product requirements, forecast demand, and ensure that ordering and delivery are carried out in a timely manner.
- Handle sales administration by managing customer orders, processing invoices, maintaining customer records, and tracking sales performance.
- Coordinate orders for large accounts and contracts, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery, and fulfilment, working closely with internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Multitask efficiently while receiving training across various departments, including procurement, stock management, and customer service, to enhance company operations and improve cross-functional collaboration.
