Machine Operator - Sittingbourne

Full-Time | Permanent

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling, and ensuring products meet required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machines efficiently, maintaining at least 70% production efficiency
  • Carry out manual assembly tasks
  • Measure and inspect completed products for quality compliance
  • Maintain accurate records for production and audits
  • Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained
  • Keep a safe, tidy, and clean work area
  • Follow health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Support other departments when required

  • Factory, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred
