Machine Operator - Sittingbourne

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling, and ensuring products meet required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machines efficiently, maintaining at least 70% production efficiency
Carry out manual assembly tasks
Measure and inspect completed products for quality compliance
Maintain accurate records for production and audits
Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained
Keep a safe, tidy, and clean work area
Follow health & safety regulations and company procedures
Support other departments when required
