Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Business Development Executive to join a reputable, family-run SME based in Isle of Sheppey. You will join a small and friendly team of dedicated individuals who operate within the events space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted sales calls daily to qualify prospect and book initial Teams Meetings
  • Send relevant company information to clients
  • Qualify and cleanse our database of leads
  • Develop an understanding of the product range, how customers use it and how best to sell it
  • Following up customer interactions on marketing emails and other media to 'warm up’ leads.
  • Maintaining an adequate lead bank and pipeline of warm leads, and using this to deliver the highest-quality leads at required volume.
  • Record accurate and detailed summary of virtual meetings and phone calls, including all actions, on company CRM
  • Conduct market research and report on any upcoming events, establish the contact and make progress in winning the business
  • Quoting clients and following up the quotes
  • Ensure the database is cleansed and up to date with correct information
Requirements
  • Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
