Job Role: FM Contracts Manager            

Area: London/ South East

Salary: £55k - £60k

My client is looking for a FM Contracts Manager to run a large contract over various location. As Contracts Manager you will need to have come from an M&E background and have worked within the commercial facilities management sector.

This role will be covering Kent & London.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing PPM and Reactive Tasks
  • Surveying minor works enquiries and advising clients of cost-effective solutions
  • Maintaining client relationships face to face, in meetings and onsite
  • Gathering Estimates and preparing quotations
  • Pre-planning labour and material requirements for current and upcoming projects
  • Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • To ensure that progress reports are completed each month
  • Manage external suppliers and contractors

The ideal candidate will be:

  • 3 Years minimum experience in a facilities management role.
  • City & Guilds in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Health and Safety qualification, SMSTS, CSCS Managers black card essential.
  • A good broad knowledge of building maintenance, inc’ Electrical and Mechanical tasks.
  • Full driving licence
