Job Role: FM Contracts Manager
Area: London/ South East
Salary: £55k - £60k
My client is looking for a FM Contracts Manager to run a large contract over various location. As Contracts Manager you will need to have come from an M&E background and have worked within the commercial facilities management sector.
This role will be covering Kent & London.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing PPM and Reactive Tasks
- Surveying minor works enquiries and advising clients of cost-effective solutions
- Maintaining client relationships face to face, in meetings and onsite
- Gathering Estimates and preparing quotations
- Pre-planning labour and material requirements for current and upcoming projects
- Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- To ensure that progress reports are completed each month
- Manage external suppliers and contractors
The ideal candidate will be:
- 3 Years minimum experience in a facilities management role.
- City & Guilds in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Health and Safety qualification, SMSTS, CSCS Managers black card essential.
- A good broad knowledge of building maintenance, inc’ Electrical and Mechanical tasks.
- Full driving licence
