Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operational management to maximise revenue and reduce costs.
- Analyse key operating data to drive immediate operational changes.
- Partner with site General Managers and Operations Managers to utilise data for performance improvements and profitability.
- Monitor and manage packaging unit costs to ensure cost recovery and anticipate future increases.
- Provide updates on key operating cost issues to senior finance leaders for reflection in the Management Accounts.
- Support the Senior Finance Business Partner with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a finance role within the fresh produce or FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modelling using Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented approach to work.
