HR Manager (French Speaking)

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a French Speaking HR Manager to join their growing team and further support their HR function internationally. As their French Speaking HR Manager, you will primarily support our client's sites in France, Belgium and Tunisia. This is a great opportunity for a HR Manager to join a large and expanding business.

Position Duties:

  • Ensure consistency in HR practices while adapting to local labour laws.
  • Act as a strategic partner to site managers, supporting business objectives with HR solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in each country.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems tailored to each site's requirements.
  • Support leadership teams in talent development and succession planning.
  • Ensure fair and competitive compensation structures across all locations.
  • Oversee payroll processes in coordination with local finance teams.
  • Foster a unified company culture across all sites while respecting local differences.
  • Develop employee engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Organise team-building activities and HR-led initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes.
  • Conduct HR audits.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Track key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee performance.
  • Support leadership in implementing organisational changes and restructuring initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth integration of company values and objectives across all sites.

Position Requirements:

  • French Speaking.
  • Proven experience within a HR Manager or similar role.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to sites.
  • CIPD Level 5 (Desirable).
  • Experience in managing employee relations, and performance management.
