My client are seeking an experienced and proactive Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic and client-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to further their career within a reputable firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and managing searches and enquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Providing excellent client service, maintaining strong professional relationships, and delivering clear, timely legal advice.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 2 years of conveyancing experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial property law.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication and client care skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with case management systems and up-to-date with conveyancing compliance.
