Location: SittingbourneHours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pmSalary: Competitive, based on experience

Join my client who is a forward-thinking law firm where your skills are recognised and rewarded. I am seeking a dynamic, organised, and IT-literate individual with an enthusiastic approach to helping deliver excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audio and copy typing of letters, legal forms (Oyez), and quotes with speed and accuracy
  • Provide exceptional client service over the phone and in person, maintaining a professional and approachable manner
  • Manage administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and updating client records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal files, ensuring attention to detail
  • Arrange appointments and liaise with clients
  • Input data into our client case management system
  • Collaborate with the team, providing secretarial and telephone support when needed
  • Handle confidential information with care and discretion

Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone with excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident manner
  • A professional with a keen eye for detail, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard
  • A dynamic team player who is IT literate and eager to contribute to delivering outstanding client service

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary is (Essential)
  • Fast, accurate typing and a strong command of Microsoft Word (Essential)
  • A Legal Secretary qualification is a plus, though not essential
