Maintenance Administrator Role

You'll be the right-hand person to the maintenance manager, taking charge of key administrative duties such as:

  • Invoicing
  • Communicating reports to clients
  • Scheduling jobs for engineers
  • Tracking costs and maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets
  • Managing a set of accounts
  • Liaising with engineers and applying for permits
  • Sending RAMS
  • Supporting other admin team members

The Maintenance Administrator

  • Proven admin experience (1+ years minimum)
  • Desirable - previous experience working for a maintenance or construction or contractor company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A resilient, positive attitude with top-notch written grammar and vocabulary
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
