Do you consider yourself to have strong organisational skills? Are you able to oversee Team KPI's and upkeep reports? If so we are looking for an individual who would be interested in joining a global medical device company as an Operations Advisor. You would be overseeing the process and systems tasks of the Administration function to ensure the delivery of an optimal service level of operational and contractual support.

Role details:

Title: Team Operations Supervisor

Start Date: ASAP

Pay rate: £13.89 per hour

Hours: 37.5 per week (Full Time)

Location: Sittingbourne (Onsite)

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Updating reports and oversee all KPI, overtime and on call activities
  • Support with investigations for customer complaints and escalate where appropriate.
  • Updating policy and procedure documentation, communicating any changes.
  • Main point of contact for questions/clarification regarding policy and procedure
  • Support with CRM systems and User testing.
  • Supporting the day to day running of the Operations function

Person Specification:

  • Excellent understanding of customer service/ patient issues.
  • Complaint handling experience.
  • Strong knowledge of excel
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal.
  • Proactive with an ability to prioritise tasks and escalations.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
