The Company/Role:

ESM design and build exhibitions stands and live event solutions for a number of exhibitors each year at venues predominantly across the UK and Europe.

We require an Exhibitions Project Administrator/Trainee Project Manager to join our team in order to help progress and plan projects from initial specification through to delivery onsite.聽

You will need to be organised and efficient, maintaining budgets and managing deadlines whilst building relationships with key accounts and clients to create long term loyalty. You will work closely with our account management team, and production teams, to update the clients with the progression of their projects - so great teamwork and a positive attitude are a must.聽

Key tasks will include:

路 Health and Safety administration

路 Ordering from sub-contractors (eg. Electrics/flooring/furniture/audiovisual/graphics)

路 Providing Sub-Contractors with all necessary information

路 Liaising with organisers for drawing approval and on timings

路 Liaising with clients to establish requirements/specs (eg. Furniture and colour choices)

路 Booking of logistics including travel and accommodation

路 Preparation of site files for teams onsite

This is an entry level role into project management- but we would hope to quickly develop the role to include travel to various sites in the UK and Europe, to manage a project all the way through to handover to the client and eventually with a move into account management. At which stage a company car would be required.

This is not a hybrid role - with our office being based on the Eurolink in Sittingbourne, Kent.

A vaild passport and full clean driving licence and own transport (mileage will be paid for any initial company travel) are essential.
