We are currently seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join our team in Swale. This long-term position offers an immediate start and is ideal for someone who is organised, efficient, and passionate about contributing to the smooth operation of educational environments.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records, including student data, attendance logs, and staff information using school management systems.
  • Assist in the coordination and planning of school events and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence with parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Support the finance department by processing invoices and managing petty cash.
  • Issue and manage resources and equipment to staff and students.
