Pro-Found Recruitment is seeking a Production Cleaning Operative for a client in Skegness, PE25.
The position requires candidates to work Monday to Thursday from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM and Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with a pay rate of £12.60 per hour and £15.66 per hour for hours worked after midnight.
Candidates should have previous cleaning and production experience, although training and support will be provided.
Key responsibilities include maintaining hygiene standards, adhering to company policies, and supporting team targets.

Production Cleaning Operative working hours:

Monday to Thursday 7.00pm to 4.00am / Friday 3.00pm to 8.30pm - role & shift split below:

Monday to Thursday 7pm to 1am as a Production Operative and 1am to 4am as a Premises Cleaner & Friday 3pm to 8.30pm as Premises Cleaner.

Pay rate: £12.60 per hour and £15.66 per hour paid for any hours worked after midnight

Location: Skegness PE25

Start date: ASAP

Contract: Temporary ongoing potential of temporary to permanent

JOB PURPOSE:

As a Production Operative you will be responsible for making sure processing through the department is correct whilst reaching targets and KPI's.

As a Production Operative and Premises Cleaner you will be responsible for making sure the hygiene standards are maintained at our Roman Bank site.

Production Cleaning Operative Key Duties:

Adhere to company policies
Attend and contribute to team brief
Conduct start up checks and end of shift checks
Follow company quality procedures
Work to department JWIs
Follow company hygiene and jewellery policies
Follow correct dress code policy at all times
Support your Team Leader to reach and exceed the daily targets
Adhere to 5S area standards/principles
Follow all Health and Safety procedures and site rule at all times

Production Cleaning Operative Job Role & Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to company policies

General site cleaning
Carry out general duties which include supporting in Production
Work to department JWIs
Follow company hygiene and jewellery policies
Follow correct dress code policy at all times
Adhere to 5S area standards/principles

Production Cleaning Operative Knowledge and Skills:

Candidates must be physically capable for the demands of the role.
Previous cleaning and production experience preferred.
Ability to adhere to policies and procedures.

Training and support will be provided, and the ideal candidate must be willing to attend courses/sessions as and when offered, in order to continue development and operational efficiency working practices.
