Description

As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for:

  • Monitor and control all accounts payable transactions
  • Prepare invoices and account statements
  • Ensure all payments are made in accordance with company policy
  • Resolve any discrepancies in invoices and payments
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
