Description
As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for:
- Monitor and control all accounts payable transactions
- Prepare invoices and account statements
- Ensure all payments are made in accordance with company policy
- Resolve any discrepancies in invoices and payments
- Prepare financial reports
- Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes
- Maintain up-to-date financial records
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Associate should have:
